Choc-coconut mug cake
A delicious dessert or sweet snack - perfect to curb those sweet cravings whilst hanging out in isolation. Plus, only 5 ingredients!
1/4 cup almond meal or oat flour
2 tbspn desiccated coconut
1 tbspn cacao powder
1/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/2 tbspn rice malt syrup or maple syrup
Place all ingredients into a microwave proof mug and mix thoroughly.
Put mug into microwave and cook for 1.5 - 2 minutes on high until cooked.
I love to serve mine with a tablespoon of Jalna vanilla yoghurt.
